  • Save machine down time with our XPS HSK Clamp Set Maintenance Kit. An all-in-one kit allows you to complete a HSK clamp set service in under 5 minutes. Use our service kit to verify or adjust your clamp set regularly to keep your shop running efficiently with no scheduled down time.

  • Our US. Patented HSK Clamp Set calibration tool makes verifying your clamp set easy. There is no longer a hassle to have to work under the spindle. Our tool will magnetize to the spool of the spindle. The calibration tool provides live feedback with the digital indicator. Once the calibration tool is magnetized to the bottom of the spindle, activate the spindles drawbar and loosen the set screw for the spool. Once the setscrew is loose the clamp set is free to move for adjustment. Simply rotate the calibration tool clockwise or counter clockwise watching the indicator to get it to the desired spec., then re-tighten the setscrew. Deactivate your draw bar and reactivate it for verification. The indicator will read the manufactures specification. The HSK spindle clamp set is now set to spec.
